Unlike big group sprinters like Kittel and Cavendish, Trentin is better at screening group sprints. After six years of training with the Team Deceuninck-Quick-Step, his ability to compete in the classic race is also on the rise. Trentin can even break into the breakthrough group in the long distance race under tough conditions with his strong endurance and ability to read the race, and then win the race with his sprint strength.
